Vetlife offer independent, confidential and free help for everyone in the veterinary community including veterinary nurses, students and non-clinical staff.

AZEVN in recognition of this are proud to be supporting Vetlife again this year through fundraising at our 2026 AZEVN Conference.

How will our AZEVN Funds help?

The AZEVN fundraising will support Vetlife to continue providing help to the veterinary profession, which includes

  • An independent and confidential advice helpline, 24 hours throughout the year, which offers emotional backing.
  • Financial support, including grants, one off gifts and access to CPD courses.
  • Mental Health support from mental health professionals.
  • Postvention following a suicide within families, friends and workplaces.
  • Provision of website vetlife.org.uk with access to information.
  • A dedicated Veterinary nurse page, to advise information at work, selfcare, and signs you may be struggling to cope. www.vetlife.org.uk/who-we-help/veterinary-nurses/
