The AZEVN Conference is an annual event organised by the AZEVN Committee and brings together VNs from all over the UK and further afield to participate in two days of presentations, case studies, workshop sessions and networking opportunities that are all focused specifically on Zoo & Exotic Veterinary Nursing.

The AZEVN provides a sense of community among like-minded professionals, all dedicated to the care of exotic and wild animals, is truly inspiring. Attending the AZEVN conference is always a standout experience — not only were the lectures and practical workshops informative and relevant, but the atmosphere is always welcoming, supportive, and energising. I came away with new knowledge, practical skills I could apply immediately in my role, and a renewed passion for the unique challenges of zoo and exotic animal nursing. Cancellation March 1st - March 31st:- 50% Refund
Cancellation April 1st - April 30th:- 25% Refund
Cancellation 1st May or later:- No Refund
* An administration fee of £10.00 will be deducted from any refund given; this is required to cover goods & services that have already been booked on your behalf for the Conference and the administration of processing your refund.
** An administration fee of £10.00 will be deducted from any refund given, in the event that a membership application is completed incorrectly and is not able to be rectified to allow attendance to the 2026 AZEVN Conference
*** Tickets cannot be transferred to another AZEVN Member.
